Searching for contracts in Docue Drive.

Did you know that it's possible to search for documents from several different places within the platform? This article will explain how to find documents from within Docue Drive.

Start by going to the "Documents" section and adding a filter under +Add filter.

You can search for documents using various filters:

  • Status: draft, document complete, incomplete, or awaiting completion or signatures.

  • Document creation date: When the document was created.

  • Document title

  • Contract date: The date when the contract was created.

  • Contract start date

  • Contract end date

  • Signing date: When the document was signed.

  • Document type: What category the document belongs to.

  • Tags: What tags have been added to the document.

  • Party: The parties to the document, i.e. the signatories.

  • Personal information: Whether the document contains personal data or not.
