Instructions for creating and signing with Docue

1. Make sure you're in "Create document".

2. Type the name, something related to it or choose the category you're looking for in the search bar.

3. Choose the template by moving the cursor over it, and by pressing "Create document".

4. After pressing "Create document", choose in which folders you'd like to archive the document. Once chosen, choose "Create".

5. Draft documents with the help of the information and questions provided in the document.

You can also finish the document at a later time by clicking "Continue later".

6. Choose your sign method and confirm the selection by choosing "Continue".

7. You can modify the invite in the invite settings. By choosing a due date, the document will be cancelled automatically if it is not signed before the due date. You can also choose to remind the signees sign automatically. If you want, you can also edit the sender name, and add a message to all signatories, unless a personalized message has been set for the recipient.

8. After choosing the signing method, you are redirected to the signing view. If you are a signing party yourself, or ask another party to sign during a meeting with your device, tap "Sign" after the party's name. After drawing in the signature, press "Sign now".

If you've saved your signature in your personal settings, this will always be recommended in the signature view. You can also send yourself a signature invite if you like.

Invite the other parties to sign by clicking "Send signing invitations". Signing invitations can be sent by email or by text message.

9. By choosing "Send invite", you can fill in recipient information, change the language of the invite and add a personal message to the recipient. When sending the sign invite by email or text message, fill in the phone number or email address of the recipient. After that press "Send", and your invite has been sent.

You can choose to "share signing link", "sign now" or "remove the signee", by choosing the three dots from the lower left corner.

All parties will automatically receive a notification when all parties have signed the document.
