In the platform you can choose between e-signing or traditional signing. Both signature methods are legally valid. In this article we'll go through the electric signing.

1. When your document is ready to be signed, go to finalization and click on "Continue" in the middle.

2. Choose the signature method of your choice.

3. Once you've chosen your signature method, you can fill in additional information by clicking on the name of the signee and write a personal message if you wish. You can also choose to include the completed document in email as an attachment.

4. You can finalize your document in the "Settings" section. By setting a due date, the document will be cancelled if all parties have not signed the document before the due date. You can set automatic reminders, and remind signees if the document has not been signed.

You can also edit sender name and company, and add a personalized message which will be send to all signatories unless a personalized message has been set for the recipient. When you're done, click "Continue".

5. When you've filled out the necessary information, choose "Continue" and then either "Send invites now" or "Send invites manually" and "Confirm".

6. If you chose to send out the invites manually, you can sing the document yourself first before sending it. Open information by clicking the small arrow after the name, and then choose three dots from the down left corner. You can also send the signing invitations simultaneously to everyone by clicking Send signing invitations.
