How to upload documents into DocueDrive?
Start by choosing in which folder you would like to upload the documents, and open that folder.
2. Then click on "Upload".
3. Next, choose all the documents that you would like to upload into the service. You can choose up to 50 documents at once!
4. After uploading a document, you can add metadata, so that your contract management is easier. Just open the document and click on "+ Add property". This way you can add important information, such as the parties to the contract. When you upload a document, it will automatically contain only information about the date the document was uploaded and the person who uploaded it.
If you have multiple documents that you need to manage, take advantage of the multi-select tool! With the multi-select tool you can for example move multiple documents at the same time to a folder or delete multiple documents at once.
You can either individually click on the documents which you want to move to a folder / delete.
Or you can click next to "Title" and select all the documents.
After this you can either 1) move the documents into a folder 2) delete them or 3) add the same tag to all of them.
