How to get started with using Docue Drive?

Send a message to Docue's customer support at [email protected] or through chat as a logged in user. How many users do you have?

Only one user on your workspace or only admin users on your workspace

Let us know, if all data and users can be moved directly to the new version, or if you would like to keep your old Docue as well. Documents created on the old workspace will automatically be visible on the Drive workspace during the period when you have a separate sub-account. If there are only admin users on your workspace, migrating the existing archive to Drive can be directly done without having two separate workspaces simultaneously.

We will then activate Docue Drive for you as soon as possible! We are happy to help if you have any further questions about Drive or our service in general.

Multiple users on your workspace

If there are different user roles on your existing workspace the easiest way to start using Drive is that we copy your existing workspace to a new sub-account with Docue Drive enabled. This way, you can explore the new features without having to decide right away how you would like to organize folders and user permissions in the new version.

The access to the new Drive account can be granted to only some users and others can continue using the current version. Documents created on the old workspace will automatically be visible on the Drive workspace during the period when you have a separate sub-account.

Let us know, which users can be given access to Drive if there are several users on your workspace, or if all data and users can be moved directly to the new version.
