How to share a document 

How to share a document as a link or an email attachment 

This article will guide you through the process of sharing a document from the Docue archive. You are able to share both finalised and non-completed document, with the difference being that non-completed documents will have a "DRAFT" watermark across them.

1. Go to "Documents"

2. Open the document you want to share, or click the three dots (...) next to it.

3. Select "Send to email".

4. Now you need to:
  • Enter the recipients email
  • Choose the language of the email
  • Choose if you want the document to be sent as an attachment or a link. We recommend sending the document as a link for enhanced security.
  • (Optional) Add a personalised message to the email.
  • Click "Send"
