All documents created and stored in Docue's service have archive cards. By opening documents archive card, you are able to view and manage document information.

How to find and open archive cards

You are able to find, and open archive cards in "All documents".

You can also search for documents in "All documents", and open archive card from search results.

Archive card functions

  • By opening the archive card, you are able to view Document status, and edit the document, if it is still in draft-mode. If the document has been signed, you can open up details of the signatories. If the document has been finalized, but not signed yet, you can view the signature view and sign yourself, if you are one of the signatories.

  • By editing Basic info, you can change the document's archive name, and add notes.

  • By editing Folders, you can add and change the folders the document has been archived into.

  • You are able to add Email reminders.

  • You are also able to view, who is the Author of the document.

Additional options

By choosing the three dots next to the document name, you are able to

  • download the document as an PDF-file. If the document has not been signed, it will appear as an draft.

  • duplicate the document, and use the duplicated version as an base for other documents.

  • share the document as an email.

  • delete the document. Note, that deleted documents can not be restored.
