You can cancel your paid subscription with Docue at any time to end after the current subscription period. The subscription period is either one month or a year depending on your subscription, and will renew automatically, if not cancelled before renewal date.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, please go to settings in your Docue account.
Then choose "Payments and subscription". You can either manage or cancel your subscription.
Note! After the end of a paid subscription, all account data, including your documents, will be deleted from the service within 30 days. Please make sure to save all necessary documents and other information beforehand.
