1. What is Docue, and how can my business benefit from using Docue?

Docue gives you access to 100+ automated legal templates for all important business situations. Templates are maintained by experienced UK lawyers to stay up-to-date with English and Welsh legislation. Electronic signature and smart storage are included.

Docue enables you to both prepare and sign your documents. You can also easily get signatures on all PDF documents, no matter where they were created. All documents are automatically saved using Docue's smart storage.

2. I forgot my password. What should I do?

3. How can I edit my contact information and billing details?

Each Docue user is able to edit their own contact details in the account settings. Sign in to Docue, go to settings, and choose "Profile" to edit your contact information.

The administrators of business account are able to edit and change billing details by signing in to Docue, going to settings and by choosing "Payments and subscription".

4. How long is the subscription period?

All subscriptions are subject to a 12 month term, regardless of the billing interval. All our 100+ legal templates are drafted and maintained by experienced UK lawyers to stay up-to-date with UK legislation, and usually drafting just one document with a lawyer would cost more than yearly subscription to Docue.

Electronic signature and smart storage are included in the subscription, so you can also easily get signatures on all PDF documents, no matter where they were created.

5. Can I buy just one document?

Using our templates requires having a yearly subscription to Docue. Docue gives you access to automated legal templates for all important business situations. Docue offers top-tier legal templates for every business need, so we suggest you take a look at our selection of templates.

6. How do I edit or cancel my subscription?

You can edit your subscription by signing in to Docue, going to "Settings" and choosing "Payments and subscription".
