How to share a draft

You can share a document with other parties or an outside expert before you sign it. You can share from

1. From All Documents

If you've saved a draft, you can download it to your computer, and share it to other parties in a method of your choosing. Choose "All documents", and either directly the pdf-icon after documents name and date, or three dots after the pdf-icon, and then "show".

You can also view the document from its archive card, choose three dots from upper right corner, and download document.

Now you can share the draft as a pdf-file in the method of your liking.

2. You can share a draft as an email attachment from "all documents". Click the archive card next to the documents name, and then choose "Share". Note that drafts have a "Draft" stamp on them until all parties have signed the contract or the e-signing has been skipped.

2. From create documents

Contract chat - When you are creating a document, you can share a draft and invite different parties to discuss contracts with the help of the contract chat feature. The conversations will be automatically saved on the archive card.

Show as PDF - You can save a draft as a PDF with the help of "Preview as PDF"

3. From signing invite

Send a signing invite - the party can view the document through the sign invite before signing.
